Tote Unlimited has a 30-Day Return Policy on most items. (Some items are subject to a shorter period, if so it is usually noted within the items page). We apologize, but cannot accept returns after the items return period.
Returns must be authorized prior to being shipped back to us otherwise we cannot accept the return. All packages returned without prior authorization will be refused or held and returned at customer’s expense.
To receive return authorization, email us via Contact Us form within the return period. Once your return has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the merchandise to us using the shipping method of your choice. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Any Refused shipments will not be credited. All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking/Handling Fee.
If a customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges incurred by Tote Unlimited. All incured return shipping charges and Restocking/Handling Fee will be deducted from your return.
Non-Returnable items include, but not limited to:
- Clearance/Close-Out Items
- Worn/Altered Items
- Custom Items/Made To Order
- Personalized/Logoed Items
- Incomplete/Damage Items
- Items Without Original Packaging/Damaged Original Packaging
- Undergarments (briefs, tights, body liners, bodysuits, compression wear, etc.)
Unfortunately, Tote Unlimited is unable to offer exchanges at this time.
However, you may return items within the items return period. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) back to the original method of payment. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. All merchandise must be brand new/unworn/unaltered and in the same condition it was received.
